Jorge Gómez is a co-founding partner of VANTIA Capital and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and structured finance, with a career closely linked to advising Family Offices and developing complex business projects.

Throughout his career, he has been involved in the growth, reorganisation and consolidation of companies, bringing financial rigour, strong analytical skills and a strategic long-term perspective. In recent years, he has further strengthened his focus on projects related to technology and artificial intelligence.

In 2019, he joined Avatel Telecom as Vice President, where he played a significant role in its expansion and positioning as one of Spain’s leading national operators. At VANTIA Capital, he contributes his experience in structuring investments and transactions, supporting the development of robust and sustainable projects.
