Nacho Aguirre is a co-founding partner of VANTIA Capital, where he works as an investor and entrepreneur, leading projects across Spain, Andorra and Luxembourg.

Throughout his career, he has led business and social initiatives focused on transforming sectors such as telecommunications, digital transformation, technology and artificial intelligence. His approach combines strategic vision with strong execution, with particular emphasis on connecting people, teams and territories as the foundation for building projects with sustainable impact and long-term growth potential.

He was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Avatel Telecom, leading its growth until it became one of Spain’s largest national fibre operators. Today, through VANTIA Capital, he plays an active role in developing and supporting business and institutional projects, contributing operational expertise, structure and a strong long-term commitment.
